  15. Measure the arms of your chair. Add 2 inches to the length and width of each arm to allow for seams.
  16. Cut two pieces of fabric to the size you measured in step 15.
  17. Fold each piece of fabric in half lengthwise and press the fold with an iron.
  18. Open the fabric and fold each of the side edges towards the center crease. Press the folds with an iron.
  19. Fold the fabric in half widthwise and press the fold with an iron.
  20. Open the fabric and fold the top and bottom edges towards the center crease. Press the folds with an iron.
  21. Sew around the edges of the fabric, close to the folded edges.
  22. Put the seat cover on the seat of your chair.
  23. Put the back cover on the back of your chair.
  24. Put the arm covers on the arms of your chair.
  25. Adjust the slipcovers so that they fit snugly and there are no wrinkles.
  26. Tie the slipcovers in place with ribbons or bows.
