2. Remove Existing Shower Arm (If Any)

If replacing an old shower arm, use a wrench to loosen the nut connecting it to the wall flange. Grip the shower arm with a towel or pliers and unscrew it.

3. Prepare the Wall Flange

Clean the threads on the wall flange and apply pipe sealant tape. Screw on the new shower arm, making sure it is aligned vertically.

4. Install the Shower Arm

Apply pipe sealant tape to the end of the shower arm where it connects to the wall flange. Screw in the shower arm and tighten it with a wrench.

5. Install the Showerhead

Apply pipe sealant tape to the threads of the showerhead. Screw on the showerhead and hand-tighten it. Use a wrench to tighten it further, but avoid overtightening.
